Our flock is built on genetics from Tattykeel, the Australian breeding program that developed the Australian White breed. At Western Skies, we pair those genetics with a grass-based Wyoming environment, using thoughtful selection and epigenetic development to help the breed excel in American production while staying true to Tattykeel's original vision: fertile, resilient, productive sheep with exceptional meat quality.
